Why not a fixed price for everything?

Because your business isn't a cookie-cutter. A solo operator with three systems needs something very different from a 15-person shop running a dozen tools. The audit gives us both real numbers — and saves you from paying for a one-size-fits-all package that half-fits.

Do I have to do the audit before a build?

Strongly recommended, not required. If you already know exactly what you want automated and have a clear brief, we can skip straight to a scoped build. Most people don't — and that's what the audit is for.

What tools do you build with?

Whatever fits. Zapier or Make for simple glue work, n8n for heavier workflows, custom code where it's worth it, AI (Claude, GPT) where it genuinely helps. I'll always pick the simplest tool that solves the problem.

What if the audit says automation isn't the right fix?

Then it says that, and I'll tell you what is — new hire, better process, different tool, nothing at all. The audit fee covers the honest answer, not a predetermined one.
